Our mobile app may request access to your call logs to provide enhanced functionality, such as managing the communication history of RiddTech Mobile App users with candidates. This access is required to monitor the call logs of telecallers/recruiters/users in order to enhance productivity and receive timely updates. It is essential to meet the needs of job consultancies/placement agencies/recruitment firms.
We collect only the information necessary for this purpose and do not share your call logs with third parties. Your call logs are stored securely and are accessible only within the web app. Please note that we do not require or request permission to access or read your SMS messages. We respect your privacy and ensure that your data is protected in compliance with relevant privacy laws and regulations. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.
